Purpose of this site
This website is a sourcing aid for toy wholesale. Product pages, specifications, price indications and lead times are informational. A web page is not a purchase order; only a written quotation accepted in writing creates an offer, and only a confirmed order confirmation creates a contract.
Product information
Product images are representative. Colors, packaging and minor specifications may change between production runs; the approved golden sample and the written specification are the binding references for each order. Certificates apply to the tested SKU and destination market, not to an entire catalog.
Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid 30 days unless stated otherwise and subject to quantity, packing and Incoterms. Prices exclude freight unless quoted CIF/DDP. MOQ, tooling and certificate costs are stated per line item.
Intellectual property
Site content belongs to ToysWholesaler. Buyer designs, molds and artwork remain buyer property once paid. We do not accept projects that infringe third-party patents, trademarks or licensed characters.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, use of this website does not create warranties beyond the confirmed sales contract. Disputes arising from orders are resolved under the terms of that contract.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the version in force is the one published when you use the site. Material changes affecting open orders are communicated in writing.
