Samples that answer the right questions
A sample is useful when it tests the product, the packaging direction, the target market and the details that production must follow.

Samples that answer real buying questions
A sample is a purchasing tool, not a souvenir. Decide before requesting one what it must prove: play value and quality, packaging strength, color accuracy against your artwork, or compliance paperwork for your market. We match the sample type to the question.
Sample types, timelines and cost
Courier accounts (DHL, FedEx, UPS) work with your discount contract or ours — larger accounts save 30–50% on freight.
| Type | What it proves | Timeline | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Existing stock sample | Play value, materials, real size | Dispatch 1–3 days | Cost price + courier, deducted from first bulk order |
| Customized sample | Your logo, colors, packaging language | 7–12 working days | Setup cost by change scope; deductible |
| 3D-printed hand model | Shape and ergonomics before tooling | 5–10 working days | Quoted per project |
| Pre-production (golden) sample | Final mass-production reference | 12–20 working days | Charged with tooling project |
How approvals stay connected to production
Every approved sample gets a reference number, photos and a spec sheet. The production line builds against that reference; the QC bench inspects against it; the shipment is checked against it again. If a material substitution happens mid-run, you see it in writing before it ships.
Questions buyers ask before they enquire
Are samples free?
Stock samples are cost-price and deducted from your first bulk order. Fully free samples need management approval and usually attach to a serious project brief.
Can you ship samples with my other China purchases?
Yes — consolidated courier bookings are routine. Give us your forwarder's details.
