How we build a retail toy range
Toy chains, garden centers, mass retail and gift shops do not share the same box, barcode or case pack. We start from the channel and in-store date, then lock SKUs, packing and documents.

Build a range, not a random assortment
A profitable toy section assigns each SKU a job: traffic-driving entry price points, core mid-range lines, feature products that justify the endcap, and group-play items for gifting seasons. Send us your shelf slots and price points; the sourcing desk returns candidates per role with margin math at your retail price.
What retail buyers confirm before the PO
| Topic | How we support it |
|---|---|
| Case pack and footprint | Case pack, carton dimensions and CBM quoted per SKU for planogram math |
| Barcodes and labels | EAN/UPC printing, country-of-origin and age marking in artwork review |
| Replenishment | Re-order lead times by route: stock 3–7 days, custom 20–40 days |
| Seasonal calendar | Backward planning from your floor-set date, shipping 30–40 days before |
| Exclusivity | Regional exclusivity discussable on core lines after volume history |
Distribution economics
Distributors typically buy 200–800 mixed SKUs per season across categories. One supplier, one consolidated container and one document pack cuts landing-cost work substantially compared with coordinating six factories — and mixed-carton loading is reviewed per SKU so damage-prone items ride separately.
Questions buyers ask before they enquire
Can you print our price labels?
Yes — send the label spec with the artwork review.
Do you support sale-or-return?
No. Our model is confirmed wholesale orders with strong pre-shipment QC — that is where the margin protection comes from.
