Quality is easier to manage when the product, packaging, documents and change history are clear before production starts.
Three inspection layers before a container loads
Quality failures are cheaper to catch at the parts stage than at your warehouse. Our system runs three layers: factory self-inspection against our written inspection standard, our own resident and flying QC teams on the line, and a final pre-shipment inspection before anything is released to load.
Inspection layers and what they catch
Release, rework and re-inspection thresholds are stated in the approved inspection standard.

The bench behind the numbers
A 20+ person quality team — many with 8+ years in toy QC — works from a written inspection standard per SKU: digital calipers, colorimeter with ΔE ≤ 0.5 tolerance, push-pull gauges, drop tester, constant-temperature chamber and the full small-parts and sharp-edge kit.
Supplier discipline
Partner factories pass an eight-point entry audit (capacity, quality system, certifications, social compliance, finances, cooperation). Performance is tracked on three numbers: on-time delivery ≥95, batch pass rate ≥98%, complaint rate ≤0.5%. Three failed improvement cycles end the relationship — we hold 150+ audited factories, so walking away is a real option, and factories know it.
Inspection records belong in your file
Ask for the in-line report, the PSI report and the loading photo set with any order. They are generated anyway; sending them costs nothing and closes the loop between golden sample and container.
