Scope

This notice covers information you send through this website, the RFQ form, email, WhatsApp or trade-messaging platforms when you discuss wholesale, OEM, samples or documents with ToysWholesaler.

What we collect

Contact details you submit (name, email, company, country), the content of your inquiry including product references and quantities, and standard technical logs such as IP address, page URL, referrer and device class. The inquiry cart is stored in your own browser (local storage) and is not a checkout database.

We record first-party page-view and inquiry events so the sales desk can see which pages and products buyers use. Visitor and session identifiers stay on this site and our operations backend. They are not used for advertising profiles and are not sold.

How information is used

To answer inquiries, prepare quotations, arrange samples, produce order documents and improve the buying experience. Your details go to the sales team handling your account and — where an order requires it — to freight forwarders, testing laboratories and customs brokers. We do not sell inquiry data.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry records are kept while commercially relevant and then deleted. Write to [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of your data, or to withdraw a marketing consent. Requests are answered within 30 days.

Security

The site serves over HTTPS. Form submissions pass through spam filtering; payment details are never collected on this site because there is no checkout.
