OEM and private label
From a product on the wall to a locked private-label spec
Usually available: color change, logo, color-box language and carton marks from 1,000 pcs. New molds, electronics and licensed characters need a separate feasibility review. The quote states the route for the selected SKU.

OEM and ODM, with the feasibility check first
OEM starts from a product we already make: your logo, colors, packaging language and carton marks, usually from 1,000 pcs. ODM starts from an idea or a market gap: our in-house team of eight R&D engineers and designers develops the product, then manufactures it through audited partner factories.
Before anything is quoted as production, we run a feasibility review — mold status, certification path, target retail price and compliance risks — so you do not pay for tooling that cannot reach your market.
Development routes and timelines
Mold fees are quoted separately. The mold belongs to the buyer once paid; continued orders can negotiate staged tooling recovery.
| Route | Scope | Typical timeline | Starting quantity |
|---|---|---|---|
| Logo and color box (OEM) | Existing SKU, your branding | Samples 7–12 days; production 20–30 days | 1,000–2,000 pcs |
| Color / material change | Existing mold, adjusted spec | Samples 7–15 days; production 25–35 days | 1,000–3,000 pcs |
| New mold (ODM) | New tooling from your brief or our design | Mold 7–20 days; samples 12–20 days; production 35–50 days | 3,000–5,000 pcs |
| Full ODM development | Concept, engineering, packaging, certification | 3–4 months concept to container | Project-based |
What the R&D desk actually does
Eight engineers and designers cover appearance, structure, electronics, packaging and artwork — roughly 200 new SKUs and 500 revisions a year, with 15 patents filed or granted. Concept-to-sample runs 3–4 months for a new platform and 6–8 weeks for a derivative.
Trend input comes from our Radar system: social listening on TikTok and Instagram, marketplace bestseller tracking and showroom feedback from 15,000+ inquiries a year. When a format breaks out — bubble cameras and electric water guns are recent examples — we brief strategic buyers 3–6 months ahead so your purchase order lands before the curve.
Private label protectors
Your designs stay yours. We sign NDAs on request, keep customized tooling in buyer-owned status, and never resell a customer's exclusive mold or artwork to another account.

Questions buyers ask before they enquire
Can you match a competitor sample?
We can evaluate one you legally own and quote the closest match. We do not copy patented designs or licensed characters, and we will tell you when a reference is a legal risk.
Who owns the mold?
You do, once the tooling invoice is paid. We store it, maintain it and use it only for your orders.
Can OEM orders keep the stock certificate?
Only if the change is packaging-only and the notified body accepts it. Any structural or electronic change re-opens testing; we confirm this before you commit.
