Stock programs move fast
Ready-stock SKUs ship 3–7 days after payment and packing confirmation. Existing-mold customization runs 20–30 days. New-mold development takes 35–50 days including samples. Around 1,200 orders and 400+ containers leave our desks every year, so seasonal calendars — summer water play, Q4 gifting, Easter — are planned backward from your shelf date, not forward from our convenience.

Questions buyers ask before they enquire
Can I mix categories in one container?
Yes — that is the point of one-desk sourcing. Classroom STEM, RC vehicles and pretend-play sets load together. Water, battery and RC items are packed in separate cartons unless the factory confirms otherwise.
Do you support small first orders?
Yes. Many long-term accounts started with a few hundred dollars of trial stock. First-order inspection requirements and any third-party inspection arrangement or fee are agreed per order.
What if a product needs a certificate I do not have?
Tell us the destination market. We coordinate testing with SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas, quote the certificate cost separately, and attach the file to the SKU before shipment.
