Shortlist and quote
SKU direction, pack format, MOQ range, sample path and shipping terms based on the destination and order requirements after a complete brief.
3–20 working days
Approve sample and artwork
Stock sample 3–7 days. Color or packaging sample 7–12 days. New development sample 12–20 days.
After approval
Lock the order
Final specification, quantity, packing, warnings, payment terms and ship window are confirmed in writing before production.
15–40 days
Quality and shipment
Incoming, in-line and pre-shipment checks follow the approved specification. Production timing is confirmed per SKU and order.
What a complete first brief contains
The buyers who get useful quotes fastest send the same six things: category or reference, destination market, target quantity, packing direction, launch date and any certificate needs. None of it is binding — it just turns a generic price list into a real quotation with MOQ, case pack and lead time attached.
Working rhythm after the first reply
Day 0: brief received, acknowledged same day. Day 1: shortlist and quotation with quantity tiers. Day 3–20: samples and artwork, depending on the route. Week 4–6: order confirmation, deposit, production schedule. Week 6–10: quality checks, booking, shipment documents. Every order gets a named contact; status questions are answered the same day, not queued behind new sales.

Questions buyers ask before they enquire
Can I visit before ordering?
Yes. Chenghai is one hour from Jieyang Chaoshan airport. Showroom, production lines and the QC bench are open on working days — most first visits turn into the yearly calendar that follows.
Do you drop ship or sell single units?
No. We are a wholesale supplier; minimums start at carton level. For retail-ready small orders we will tell you honestly if a local distributor fits better.
